Not at all. We begin exactly where you are — whether you've never done yoga or pilates, or you're returning after a long break. Everything is paced gently, with no judgement.
Sessions run live online over video, scheduled across time zones worldwide so we can find a time that fits your day wherever you are.
Very little — a mat and a small clear space is plenty. The pilates work is freehand, so there's no equipment to buy.
